Awesome thanks for clarifying!
DFMD stands for Door Frame Metal Detector. It's those walk-through gates you see at malls, airports, railway stations, government buildings, and event venues used to detect metallic objects on a person as they walk through it.
How a DFMD Gate Works:
It generates an electromagnetic field inside the frame.
When a person carrying any metal object (like a weapon or prohibited item) passes through, it disrupts the magnetic field.
Sensors detect this disruption, and the gate triggers an alarm (sound, light, or both) to alert the security personnel.
Features:
Adjustable sensitivity levels
LED or LCD display for readings
Audio and visual alarms
Often paired with HHMD (Hand Held Metal Detectors) for manual checking
Applications:
Airports
Railway stations
Government offices
Events and exhibitions
Factories and corporate premises
Would you like a diagram or a deeper technical explanation of how it works inside? I can help with that too.
